Delivery policy for Stellar Studios
At Stellar Studios we strive to deliver your goods quickly and safely. Below you will find full details of our delivery policy so you know what to expect when you shop with us.
1. Delivery time
Denmark: 1-2 working days
Northern/Central Europe: 2-4 working days
Southern Europe: 3-6 working days
Rest of the world: 3-7 working days
Depending on your location and shipping method. During busy periods, the delivery time may be longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
2. Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on order over 1000 DKK in Denmark.
We offer free shipping on order over 150 EUR in Europe.
3. Delivery methods
We work with reliable shipping companies to ensure safe delivery of your goods. Examples of delivery methods include home delivery and delivery to parcel shops.
You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.
4. Delayed or non-delivery
If your package is delayed, please contact us at kontakt@stellar-studios.dk so we can help find a solution.
If a package is damaged upon receipt or you have not received your package within 10 business days, please contact us immediately.
5. Delivery outside Denmark
At present, we only deliver within the borders of Denmark. For inquiries about delivery to other countries, please contact us via kontakt@stellar-studios.dk.
6. unclaimed packages
If a package is not picked up within the specified time frame and returned to us, the customer will be charged for the additional shipping costs associated with resending.
7. Address changes
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when ordering. If there is an error in the delivery information and the package cannot be delivered, the customer will be charged extra costs for resending the package.
