Stellar Studios Return and Refund Policy

At Stellar Studios, it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your goods.

Return policy:

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt.
The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, i.e. unused and with all marks and labels intact.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged or washed.

How to return:

Contact costumer service

Pack the item securely and include your order confirmation or invoice.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (60DKK). We recommend that you send the return package with a trackable shipping method.

Refund:

Once we have received and authorized your returned item, we will refund the amount to the original payment method within 30 days.
Shipping costs are not refundable (it cost 60-80 DKK to return).
